In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (Online and Distance Selling) applicable to perishable and semi-perishable commodities, you are not able to return the order if you simply change your mind about wanting the goods for whatever reason.
You may return the order at your cost (cost of postage) within 14 days if you consider the order to be inedible due to process failure. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you believe the product has failed due to processing, to complete your return, please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance to outline your reason for wanting to return the item.
We will then issue you with a Returns Number that must accompany your Receipt or Proof of Purchase and Item for return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Process to follow if you have not received your agreed refund in a reasonable amount of time:
1. Re check your latest online bank statement.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is officially posted.
