Communication from the Company was brilliant, explaining when it would be shipped and why etc. Arrived quickly from the date given and in perfect condition and packed beautifully. Contents looked very festive when opened on Christmas morning and our daughter was thrilled to bits! The cup is really cute and the first tea she made was scrummy!!

Instructions were clear, was so easy to make. And some of the flavours were phenomenal I usually just drink honeydew melon but this has given me options. The cup and straw are super cute and reusable so bonus. I know they were disrupted by the strikes, but the customer service team was fab with keeping me in the loop and replied to emails very quickly. I brought my mum one too and she also LOVES it! so much so that I regularly travel a 40 mile round trip for tea!
So I thought, why not make it at home instead of making the journey? With that I excitedly purchased a box of mixed milk teas. My box arrived within a couple if days if ordering and was beautifully packaged...cannot fault it.
Now, I love milk tea and I love the bubbles, however, I had never tried the tapioca pearls. So, with great enthusiasm I went ahead and made my milk tea with the tapioca pearls, took a sip and - oh my geez! it is gross!, so much so I had to disappointedly tip it away down the sink. Gutted is an understatement 😫
